GROWTH ENGINEER · LEGAL
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 28, 2026
These terms govern use of the Growth Engineer website and marketing workspace, operated by Peter Foy. Contact peter@growthengineer.ai with questions.
1. Using the service
By using Growth Engineer, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
2. What Growth Engineer provides
Growth Engineer organizes marketing projects, tasks, context, routines, reviews, and metrics. You can connect supported services and authorize external agents to access your workspace. Features may be experimental or limited to a development trial. Tracking a routine does not mean Growth Engineer runs it automatically. Available integrations, permissions, and actions are those actually enabled in the service.
The current social reporting connections read account information and counters. Connecting an account does not automatically enable publishing, scheduling, outreach, or advertising purchases. Counts can be delayed, rounded, incomplete, or changed by the provider.
3. Your accounts and agents
Connect only accounts and data you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, choosing appropriate access permissions, and the instructions you give to agents. An agent with a project access key may read or change information permitted by that key. Review work and verify important results before relying on them. Report suspected unauthorized access to us promptly.
4. Your content
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You grant us permission to store, process, and display that content, and share it with service providers and agents you authorize, only as necessary to provide the service and carry out your requests. You must have the rights and permissions needed for submitted content. Do not submit unlawful content, credentials into public fields, or information you are not entitled to disclose.
5. Connected services
Third-party services have their own terms, permissions, limits, and availability. You must comply with them. We do not control their approval decisions or guarantee that an integration will remain available. You may revoke access through the provider or contact us to remove a connection.
Growth Engineer uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube-connected features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Growth Engineer to break the law, infringe rights, send unlawful spam, deceive people, evade platform restrictions, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, or disrupt the service. Do not attempt to access another workspace’s information or credentials. You remain responsible for your marketing content, audiences, consent requirements, and use of third-party platforms.
7. Fees and separate agreements
These terms do not create a paid subscription or authorize a charge. Any paid plan, consulting service, or custom work requires separately disclosed pricing and applicable payment terms. Costs charged by AI tools and connected-service providers are governed by your agreements with those providers. An express written agreement for a particular service takes precedence over conflicting provisions here.
8. Availability and limitations
We aim to provide a useful service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accurate AI output, or any particular marketing, revenue, or business result. Keep appropriate copies of information important to you. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer protections.
9. Ending use
You may stop using the service and revoke connected-account or agent access at any time. Contact us to request deletion of information under our control, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material breaches of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the restriction and allow you to address it.
10. Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will identify the updated date and give reasonable notice of material changes where required. If you disagree with revised terms, stop using the affected service. Questions or disputes should first be sent to peter@growthengineer.ai so we can try to resolve them. Applicable mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
