Zocks MCP Server
Connects structured client intelligence from Zocks (meeting history, client profiles, goals, planning signals) to Claude, ChatGPT, and other MCP-compatible AI tools.
Zocks MCP is a provider-hosted Model Context Protocol connector built for financial advisors. Zocks captures information from client meetings, calls, emails, and documents and turns it into structured intelligence: client profiles, goals, life events, sentiment, and planning signals. The MCP server exposes that structured data to general-purpose AI tools so advisors can ask natural language questions about specific clients and get answers grounded in real conversations rather than generic templates.
The connector is listed in the Claude Connectors Directory and is also reachable from ChatGPT and other MCP-compatible clients. Once connected, the AI tool can search across full client meeting history, trace how a topic evolved over time, identify follow-up gaps, score recent meetings, surface tax planning opportunities, and draft personalized client deliverables in the advisor's voice. Zocks ships seven default prompts in Claude (Tax Opportunities, Evaluate Last Meeting, Client Motivators, Topic Tracker, Planning Topic Gaps, Sentiment Trend, and Annual Client Letter) that demonstrate the most common workflows.
Authentication uses OAuth 2.0, so Claude or ChatGPT only sees what the signed-in advisor has permission to access in Zocks. The MCP server is included with a Zocks subscription at no extra cost, and access can be revoked instantly from either the AI tool or the Zocks account. There is no public GitHub repo: Zocks hosts the server itself and users connect by adding it as a remote connector.

Prerequisites
- An active Zocks account (the MCP server is included with the subscription)
- An AI tool that supports remote MCP connectors (Claude Pro/Max/Team/Enterprise, ChatGPT, or another MCP-compatible client)
Connect from Claude (recommended)
Zocks MCP is published in the Claude Connectors Directory. To add it:
- Open Claude and go to Settings > Connectors (Pro/Max) or Organization settings > Connectors (Team/Enterprise)
- Search the directory for Zocks and click Connect
- Complete the OAuth 2.0 sign-in flow with your Zocks credentials
- Approve the requested scopes (client meeting history, profiles, planning signals)
Once connected, Claude will list Zocks as an available connector in new chats, and the seven Zocks default prompts will appear in the prompt picker.
Connect from ChatGPT or other MCP clients
In any MCP-compatible client, add Zocks as a custom remote connector and complete the OAuth flow. The Zocks Help Center documents the per-client steps:
- See: https://help.zocks.io/en/collections/19244570-zocks-mcp-server
Revoking access
Disconnect from inside the AI tool's connector settings or from your Zocks account settings. Revocation is instant.
- Tax planning research: Scan a client's full meeting history to surface tax opportunities (current-year and multi-year) ranked by estimated impact.
- Meeting QA and scoring: Evaluate the most recent client meeting against firm scorecards or default dimensions like Discovery, Engagement, Planning Alignment, and Action Items.
- Topic tracking across history: Trace how a single topic (a business sale, a college funding question, a life event) evolved across every meeting with that client, including sentiment shifts and unresolved actions.
- Planning gap detection: Map prior conversations against core financial planning areas to identify what has not been covered and prioritize the next agenda.
- Personalized client deliverables: Generate annual client letters, year-in-review summaries, or sentiment trend reports written in the advisor's voice and grounded in actual past conversations.
- "Scan all my meetings with the Garcias and surface tax planning opportunities ranked by estimated impact."
- "Evaluate my last meeting with Acme Family Office against our firm scorecard and highlight weak areas."
- "Trace how the business sale topic evolved across every conversation with John Smith and flag any unresolved action items."
- "Review my last 10 client meetings and list planning topics that were raised but never followed up on."
- "Draft an annual client letter for the Patel family covering the past 12 months of meetings, life events, and financial progress."
- Official, provider-hosted connector with OAuth 2.0 auth and the same access controls as the rest of the Zocks platform
- Exposes curated, structured client intelligence (summaries, goals, signals) rather than raw transcripts, so answers stay grounded
- Listed in the Claude Connectors Directory with seven ready-made prompts that map to real advisor workflows
- Included in the Zocks subscription at no extra cost
- Only useful if you are already a Zocks customer, since the value depends on data captured by the Zocks platform
- Vertical-specific: built for financial advisors, not a general-purpose conversation analytics MCP
- No public source code or self-host option; you depend on Zocks for availability and capability changes
- Fireflies.ai MCP / Granola MCP: General-purpose meeting transcript and notes MCPs if you want raw conversation search without the advisor-specific structuring
- Jump AI: Another AI assistant aimed at financial advisors with its own AI integrations
- Zapier MCP (Zocks integration): If you want to trigger downstream actions in other apps based on Zocks events, the Zapier MCP exposes Zocks alongside 9,000+ other apps
